The refrigerator is not getting cold.
1. Check to be sure your thermostat is set to a number higher than 3. If it was on zero, please allow 30 minutes and it should get cold.

2. If it was set to 3 or higher, is the light on inside the fridge? If the answer is yes, please call us at 800-525-7307. If the light is not on, please follow the directions below.
3. If the light inside the fridge is off and the thermostat is set to 3 or higher, do the following steps.
a. Find the blue cord that is plugged into the blue outlet on the back of the microwave

b. Unplug the blue cord from the back of the microwave and plug it directly into the wall

c. Check to see if the light is now on inside the fridge.
d. If the light is on, you are all set, it should take 30 minutes, and the fridge will get cold.
e. If the light is not on, please call us at 800-525-7307 and a technician can assist you.
My Freezer is freezing Everything
1. Check to be sure your thermostat is set between 3 and 5. If it is higher than 5, turn it down and give it 2 hours to properly regulate the temperature. If it is already set between 3 and 5, please call us at 800-525-7307 to speak with a service technician.

There is no power to my unit.
1. Please check your outlet and try plugging in another device to make sure the outlet is working.
2. Check to be sure your thermostat is set to a number higher than 3. If it was on zero, please turn it up to 4 and allow 30 minutes and it should get cold.

3. If the light inside the fridge is off and the thermostat is set to 3 or higher, do the following steps.
